 Preview Construction Inc. recently completed the Exterior and Courtyard of GrandMarc at Westberry Place, a collaboration between Texas Christian University and Phoenix Property Co. The GrandMarc at Westberry Place will house about 600 residents inside more than 200 apartments, a 600-car interior parking garage and retail stores.


Preview Construction Inc. installed more than 140,000 SF of Hardie Stucco Siding on the 4-sided six story Courtyard. Each piece of Hardie Stucco was custom cut to meet the Architects design, and surrounded by Hardie Trim batts. Special fasteners were used to attach siding and trim to metal studs over concrete pillars. The top floor was finished with Hardie Plank and Vented Hardie Soffit was used for ventilation.
