11-27-06 Preview Construction Inc. recently completed the Exterior and Courtyard of GrandMarc at Westberry Place, a collaboration between Texas Christian University and Phoenix Property Co. The GrandMarc at Westberry Place will house about 600 residents inside more than 200 apartments, a 600-car interior parking garage and retail stores.

Preview Construction Inc. installed more than 140.000 SF of HardiStucco Siding on the 4-sided six story Courtyard. Each piece of HardiStucco was custom cut to meet the Architects design, and surrounded by HardiTrim batts. Special fasteners were used to attach siding and trim to metal studs over concrete pillars. The top floor was finished with HardiPlank and Vented HardiSoffit was used for ventilation.

  06-18-04 Preview Construction Inc. and James Hardie Siding Products have agreed to a joint marketing and advertising campaign to better educate the public to the advantages of HardiPlank 50 Year Fiber Cement Siding over Vinyl Siding.

According to Stan Odell, President of Preview Construction Inc. "The only reason that the Dallas/Ft.Worth market is not as saturated with HardiPlank as Houston, is that homeowners are unaware of HardiPlank, and end up settling for Vinyl or Wood.
