Here’s What to Expect From Your Installation Process

We need to know what you need done, what you’ve already researched, and how much you know about the products and services available to you. This way we can fill in any gaps, walk you through all your options, and help answer any questions you still have.

Before your home visit, we’ll send you a procedural email that lets you know how long we’ll be there, and what we need from you. Currently, we are asking homeowners to remain inside, and we’ll talk you through our estimate on the phone while we examine your house from outside.

Within 24-hours you’ll have a full scope of work and an estimate. We’ll also send you any PDF brochures, high-quality images, and other digital resources you might need to answer any final questions you may have

Once you’ve decided that we’re the right team for you, we finalize colors, details, and plan a date for your installation to get started.

It’s what you hired us to do. A typical installation takes anywhere from 5-7 days depending on weather conditions.

We want to make sure that you have everything you need even after we’re done your job. That’s why we close every job with a care and maintenance package. It includes everything you need to know about maintaining your new fiber cement siding, warranty information, and of course a thank-you from our team.
